GENERAL TERMS OF SALE SKI SCHOOL & SKI GUIDING
An ABS airbag, a DVA (avalanche victim detector), a shovel and a probe are made available to each customer going off-piste with PowderWeGo. A spare handle + air can kit may be charged € 50.00 incl. Tax per bag, if the use of triggering the airbag is outside the context of off-piste activity (intentional triggering, games, inattention). Groups leaving off-piste are limited to 6 customers per guide / instructor.
The prices announced include the loan of off-piste safety equipment, education and all taxes. Group prices are per person; the prices of private commitments are per, regardless of the number of people, with a maximum of 6. The prices do not include the lift pass or other equipment.
The prices do not include the lunch. The guide or instructor's lunch is at the charge of the customer(s).

Cancellations will be accepted and fully refunded up to 30 days before the start of the service, then 50% will be retained by PowderWeGo up to 15 days before the start of the service. Between 15 days before the start of the service and the day before the service, the service is no longer refundable. Customers who do not show up for the appointment are liable for the full price and will not be refunded.
PowderWeGo will do its best to inform customers as well as possible, using the telephone numbers provided during registration; however, this remains the client's obligation to know the place and time of the meeting, and to make himself known to the guide / instructor.
PowderWeGo cannot be held responsible or offer any compensation or refunding for events beyond our control, such as snow or weather conditions, or the closing of slopes and ski lifts.

Customers are solely responsible in the event of an accident and for their equipment, and it is recommended to be covered by public liability, cancellation, and search / rescue / repatriation insurance.
It is the client's responsibility to realistically assess their fitness and physical condition during registration.
PowderWeGo guides / instructors have the right to interrupt a client's participation in a group when their behavior or ability causes serious disruption or danger to other participants, without refund.
Any course started is due.
